   This is a package of 3 Water Slide Decal Sheets with a Clear Background    
    and 3 Water Slide Decal Sheets with a White Background used as refills    
            for the Testors Decal Designing System (TES9198).                 
                                                                              
FEATURES: Blank decal sheets with a clear back ground allow you to make your  
           own decals using a ink-jet printer and special software included   
           with the Testors Decal System (TES9198).                           
          Water slide decals must be soaked in water to activate the adhesive. 
                                                                              
INCLUDES: Three sheets of clear backed decal paper.                            
          Three sheets of white backed decal paper.
